How to be Mindful

Time magazine recently released a special addition magazine and I am really enjoying it!

Admittedly I picked up the magazine because the line in the grocery store was long (is there ever a time to get in and out?!), but after flipping through the pages, I was hooked.

I found this interesting because sometimes I get so wrapped up in my own world that I become a ball of stress and anxiety. This magazine takes about how to combat things like that, and more.

I think it’s important to take the time every once and a while to evaluate your life and how you can improve your surroundings, so here’s to my newest -not so light- read!
